He has unique skills in management, service delivery, business development, emerging technologies, strategic planning, cost savings initiatives, Project Management, and vendor relations management. He has professional experience in both the private and public sectors with specialties in Healthcare, Government, and Finance.
Phil is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Kaizen Moderator/Implementer and holds two healthcare patents.
Interests
Phil enjoys spectator sports, jogging and reading. He is also involved in the United Methodist Church in Fishers.
