Consultant
Tara Morse is a Consultant with over 20 years of experience in many aspects of project management in the social services arena. She has proven to be a valued asset as a skilled, detail-oriented business analyst. Tara has served on both sides of state government, as a liaison between state vendors and state policy and business directors, and also as a consultant.
Tara has experience as a Deputy Project Manager for three large scale health care related procurement efforts for which her team managed all phases from the procurement, contract, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Tara is a 1992 graduate of Indiana University and earned a Master of Science degree in Education from Butler University in 1997 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2009.
