Assess – Enables companies to establish where they stand with regard to compliance issues and industry best practices, as well as the risks and opportunities inherent in this position.
Design – Develops the appropriate solutions to ensure legal or best practice compliance and maximize the value to the business of the Information Technology investments it makes.
Implement – Manages the required organizational and Information Technology changes, and the risks and opportunities associated with them, to ensure that there is full and effective implementation of the chosen solutions.
Manage – Establishes the processes necessary to ensure the continued fidelity of the chosen solutions.
