netlogx proudly participated in the Ivy Tech Fall Career Fair on November 7. Ivy Tech students of all majors explored internship and job opportunities with local and regional employers. Prospective candidates had the opportunity to share their resumes, speak one-on-one with employer representatives and learn more about a variety of career and internship opportunities.

For students, it gave them the chance to meet face-to-face with recruiters and put their best foot forward with their introductions, presentations, networking and interpersonal skills. For employers like netlogx, it provided an efficient, effective way to determine who might be the best fit for our organization with any current or future job openings.

“We were impressed with the quality of job seekers who were on hand to apply for a range of jobs and internships. Most were extremely professional and well- prepared,” says netlogx Human Resource Director, Elizabeth Szentes. “netlogx is proud of our track record in attracting a diverse mix of potential student candidates every year, so we look forward to following up with a number of qualified candidates.”

netlogx has continued to strive for excellence and integrity with our business, customers, partners and employees since its inception. This same mission is true today as we look for potential student candidates to carry those goals into the future for our business. This job fair also demonstrated the strong team work and dedication our staff displays in working together every day, all year long to accomplish these goals.

Overall, the career fair was very successful, and the Ivy Tech workers were extremely helpful with this well-organized event. All the tools for a successful job hunt were there for both candidates and employers alike. In fact, we practically ran out of give-aways, such as pens and bags, and our business cards provided the best networking tool for future contacts.

We look forward to a bright future at netlogx. For more information about Ivy Tech and the career fair, check out: http://www.ivytech.edu/indianapolis.
