Be Thankful

Be Thankful

It seems timely as the Thanksgiving holiday approaches to take stock and count our blessings. All netlogx team members were given the opportunity during a recent strategic planning meeting with Kathleen Paris  to do the same. The session was extremely informative both giving us the opportunity to reflect on all of the progress netlogx has made during the twelve months since the last strategic planning session, as well as looking to the future and sharing the vision for the next period of growth.

I found it interesting and highly motivational to hear all of the inspiring examples team members shared, describing specific examples of excellent working practices, respect, integrity, empowerment, recognition and continuous improvement on a daily basis. There were countless examples of team members helping and encouraging one other and the overwhelming consensus was that this is most definitely an area where the netlogx Executive Team lead by example.

netlogx has always prided itself on doing things differently and being the best of the best. It was extremely evident after the strategic planning meeting that our team members feel the same. I came away from the session realizing once again how special netlogx is, how well team members are treated and how thankful I am to work here!

As an English vegetarian, Thanksgiving isn’t a holiday that I have typically celebrated, however, this year I plan to fully embrace it!

Wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving Day!
