As with all new and exciting tools that become available to a company, also comes natural resistance to doing things the way in which we are comfortable and sometimes the “I don’t have time to learn something new” attitude. I tried to push these thoughts aside as I kept reading about the new tool we are embracing as I attended the training sessions. I have to say I was quite surprised at how many different tools it is, all wrapped into one powerful engine. As I sat through the training and subsequently entered my time into the new tool, what amazed me even more than the tool was the massive amount of work that went into setting it up so that all I had to do was login and all of my time codes are already there. For two weeks I entered my time into both the current time keeping tool and into Daptiv and was amazed at how easy it was and that all of my codes already existed. The building was already complete. This was a huge relief for me, remember when I was thinking “I don’t have time to learn something new”, this amazing team at netlogx removed a huge portion of that by establishing the projects I work on and made the tool much less intimidating. I have much to learn in it, but the planning and small steps required by me and other team members makes me want to learn more. Kudos to the netlogx Daptiv team and the many hours spent establishing a solid foundation from which to build. The follow up remote training sessions the week we were instructed to started using it were so helpful. If I was looking for a Daptiv implementation team, I would hire netlogx.
