What brings you joy?
Work related: I enjoy going above and beyond what the client expectations were, which leads them to wanting to work with netlogx in the future.
Personal life: I like to hang out with my dog, family, and friends. I also enjoy riding in my car – a 6-speed turbocharged manual Ford Focus ST.
What are you most afraid of?
Work related: I am most afraid of failing to meet client expectations.
Personal life: I am afraid of failing to train my dog to behave well around others. He is a rescue from a kennel and we’re still getting to know each other.
What would you like to learn?
I would like to learn a couple more languages, including Chinese and Russia. I already know English and Spanish.
Who or what inspires you?
My parents inspire me because of their success from hard work and dedication.
If you could talk to your teenage self, what would you say?
To stay focused on the end goal rather than what is going on right here, right now.
I would tell my college self, who switched majors half way through, to do what makes you happy even if it is not what you originally came here for.
What is your favorite book or movie and why?
My favorite book is the Great Gatsby written by F. Scott Fitzgerald because of the writing style and the humility in the book. Also, the story of hard work is not necessarily going to get you where you want to be, but how to cope and overcome that.
What have you, or would you, write on the netlogx Before I Die wall?
I would write “To see the world”. I plan to accomplish this by going abroad once a year and I’m starting my journey in Spain.
What does Information Management mean to you?
To me, information management means facilitating the distribution of information with which an entity has been entrusted to those who have a right to access it. This ties in with information security, which involves ensuring the information and/or data is protected, and is only shared with relevant parties.
