Sara Jones Selected as Indy’s Best and Brightest Finalist
Junior Achievement of Central Indiana honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 7, 2020) netlogx, an award-winning, Indianapolis-based consulting services firm, is proud to announce Sara Jones, senior consultant, has been named a finalist in the technology category for the 16th annual Indy’s Best and Brightest event presented by KPMG LLP. The event honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries.

An awards program and reception to recognize these outstanding young professionals will take place on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at the Hilbert Circle Theatre, located at 45 Monument Circle in Indianapolis. All 100 finalists will receive an award and the winners in each category will be announced.

Jones began her time at netlogx as an intern in 2010 and was the first graduate of their Fast Track program, an initiative she helped develop and implement for new hires. Since then, she has documented hundreds of business process requirements, coordinated multiple highly-complex procurements, and managed user acceptance testing in hundreds of trial scenarios, all while coordinating with clients in private and public sectors. Routinely, the young consultant exemplifies netlogx operating principles of communication, respect, initiative, teamwork, humor, and accountability. Her attention to detail, organizational prowess, presentation, and technical skill impresses clients and colleagues alike. She expertly manages expectations and is realistic about her own capabilities if she doesn’t have the bandwidth.

“Sara serves as an outstanding role model and mentor — not only for those within the netlogx family — but for the youth of our community as well,” said Audrey Taylor, CEO and founder of netlogx. “We are incredibly proud of her achievements and honored to recognize her success along with so many other rising leaders.”

The Best and Brightest event was created by Junior Achievement to recognize up and coming talent and the next generation of leaders in our community. Finalists in each category are judged on professional accomplishments, civic contributions, character, and leadership qualities. The finalists to be honored at the event are listed on the Junior Achievement website: www.indysbestandbrightest.org.

The categories honored are: Accounting; Banking & Financial Services; Education & Nonprofit; Government; Health & Life Sciences; Law; Manufacturing, Retail & Services; Media, Entertainment & Sports; Real Estate, Development & Construction; and Technology.
