We currently have openings for Business Analysts who are:

Professional, skilled at identifying a range of stakeholder’s business needs and identifying effective solutions including maintaining the partnership between business needs and coordinating the delivery of technological solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Elicits new or improved business operation requirements from stakeholders based on examination of the existing processes and the business needs as defined by the customer
  2. Meticulously evaluates information gathered from multiple sources (such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions)
  3. Recognizes conflicting information and seeks clarification and reconciliation
  4. Deconstructs high-level information and distinguishes wants from needs
  5. Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to analyze requirements
  6. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure timely high-quality deliverables (such as Functional Requirements Documents, Business Requirements Design Documents, Flow diagrams)
  7. Performs other related duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:As specified by assignment

TRAINING PROVIDED:netlogx will provide, as required, training and tools to the team member to be able to productively perform on projects

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of business process methodologies (such as SDLC, Agile, or Six Sigma)
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Visio or other work flow diagram application)
  • Knowledge and experience of documentation, translation and verification of business requirements
  • Prior work related experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
