AUDREY TAYLOR

CEO/Managing Member

Audrey, born English, now an American Citizen, has served in the Information Technology world for 25 years and some months on both sides of the pond. Audrey, a strong advocate for women, education and children, founded netlogx, your consulting partner for Information risk management services, in 1998. Audrey, passionate about data, has extensive experience in IT service delivery, sales and client relationship management. A veteran in the health and human services arena and the State Government, Audrey’s pragmatic understanding of data governance and data compliance requirements, enables clients to leverage their data into actionable information, which positively impacts their business decisions. Currently, Audrey is a member of the Private Sector Technology Group (PSTG). Also a mother of two boys, one of Audrey’s greatest achievement is running in and completing a marathon when she was pregnant!

FAYE MAKISHIMA

Principal Consultant

A Principal consultant with netlogx, Faye moved from her native Hawaii to the Midwest more than ten years ago, bringing more than 30 years of experience with her. Faye has expert knowledge in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), Medicare initiatives, JAD facilitation and several health care payer information systems.

Faye’s other skills include experience in procurement, provider relations, statistical analysis and Electronic Medical Records. Faye currently serves as a board member of the Private Sector Technology Group (PSTG).

TARA MORSE

Quality Assurance and Service Delivery Director

A Project Consultant with netlogx, Tara brings extensive experience of multiple aspects of project management in the social services arena. Tara’s attention to detail, business analyst skills in combination with her experience both inside Government and as a consultant outside State Government, mean she is a valuable asset on any Project team. Tara has managed a team for three large scale health care related projects though all phases, from procurement, contract, implementation, to ongoing maintenance.

DAVE LUTER

Principal Consultant

Dave Luter has over 29 years of experience in Information Technology Management and Business Process Reengineering. His experiences have been split between Healthcare, Public Sector, and manufacturing/distribution in both industry and consulting environments. Dave’s expertise includes project management, business development, workflow analysis, data capture/analysis, systems design/development, web design/development and implementation of clinical applications. Dave also has an in-depth knowledge of hospital operating room procedures centered on the design, development and analysis of reporting metrics.

During Dave’s career he has served in both the role of business area and consulting Information Technology leadership, providing insight into how business and consulting organizations can effectively work together. Dave is listed as an inventor on a healthcare patent and an expert in the use of the prototyping product “Creform”, the adult tinker-toys of the Lean/Process improvement business.

Dave holds Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification providing Process Improvement services as well as instruction and certification.
