Lauryn Andrews

Lauryn Andrews is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master with over seven years of experience in project management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, as well as four years of experience in event planning. She began her career in higher education, planning events for the Indiana University School of Liberal Arts at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), now known as Indiana University Indianapolis (IUI). She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in 2016.

Lauryn currently serves as a Project Manager supporting the IN.gov website program, where she leads website development and large-scale CMS migration initiatives for state and local government agencies. She partners with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating project planning, coordinating timelines, managing communications, and supporting the successful delivery of digital services for Indiana government.

Her Prosci® Change Management certification complements her project management experience, allowing her to effectively guide organizations and stakeholders through technology and process changes while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and user adoption.

Interests

In her spare time, Lauryn enjoys hanging with her Australian Shepherds, Evie and Auburn, frequenting concerts, traveling to new places, working out, and spending quality time with friends and family.
