As the founder and CEO of netlogx, Audrey has served in the information technology discipline for over 25 years. Audrey is a true visionary and strategist; complex business challenges are her forte. Her unique skills extend into the areas of client relationship management, sales, service delivery, and staff development.

Since founding netlogx in 1998, she has led by example seeing it grow from a local organization here in Indianapolis to a thriving business active in 8 states and starting to develop a European presence. She is proud that as netlogx has grown, she has been able to maintain the company culture as recently demonstrated by staff recognition as a Best Places to Work for 2023. Her vision is for an inclusive organization that leverages a wide range of talent challenged to think differently, purposefully creating a culture that is Diverse by Design.

In her role as a consultant, she participated in high-level operational initiatives, including infrastructure design, process re-engineering, turnaround management, and reorganization. Her focus has been on data, and its provenance, providing organizations with practical and pragmatic approaches to understanding the key role data and data governance plays in leveraging data into actionable information. Big Data before it was called Big Data.

Originally from the UK, Audrey’s Information Technology background began with insurance, finance, and human resource industries. Her experience over the past 20 years has been focused in the health and human services sectors.

In and outside of netlogx, Audrey remains passionate about supporting women and diversity. She served as President of Women & Hi Tech; chaired the Ignite Your Superpower Steering Committee, aimed at inspiring and supporting girls in pursuit of STEM careers; served on the Indy Chamber Membership Council, served as Chairwoman of the Indy Chamber Member Engagement Task Force, and serves on the Indy Chamber Board of Directors; was engaged as a Legacy Leader member and a mentor with the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation; was a member of International Women Indiana, and was selected to serve on Aileron’s Client Advisory Council (CAC).


Outside of work and volunteering, Audrey loves to travel with her husband, Nick, and sons Tom and Harry. She’s an avid reader and enjoys movies, baking, and knitting.
