What does Performance Management mean to you?
To me, it means quite a bit. Quality is the piece that stands out to me whether it is a product or service – real-world application, so once you create service or produce, understanding your performance is going to be on a spectrum – and planning for that range accordingly to mitigate risks. Starting with the end goal in mind and planning the quality piece at the start of the project.
What does wellness at netlogx mean to you?
Wellness is an actual investment in the holistic livelihood in team members’ lives, the range of options provided (traditional like gym, non-tradition like acupuncture), the whole range of possibilities of what wellness could mean to someone and supporting that is inherent to the wellness program at netlogx.
How would you describe netlogx’ culture?
netlogx’ culture is very much a supportive, family-type environment; nobody is too far away or too entrenched in their career to go out of their way to be helpful. The organization does a great job of understanding and supporting the team via training, support, and helping to grow and develop team members – guiding them to understand what to do and not to do. netlogx’ culture focuses on team members as individuals, like the CVI personality assessment we use to better understand each other. I see a lot of diversity in the team, which is all part of getting to know one another, and ultimately it makes a stronger and more cohesive team.
