The Indiana Division of Family Resources (DFR) engaged netlogx to assist in resolving the immediate and longer-term needs of two state programs: the Indiana Manpower Placement and Comprehensive Training (IMPACT) and the State’s Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). Using the reports and tools created by netlogx, the DFR can now provide the information needed to comply with new regulations in an easily digestible format.

The Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), which administers the Indiana Medicaid program, enlisted netlogx to contact unaccounted-for Medicaid waiver recipients at risk of losing their services and gather necessary information through the State of Indiana’s 211 Contact Center. The FSSA then acquired the necessary information to update the recipient’s file within the designated timeframe, facilitating a smooth transition plan for their new service model.
