Laura is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of client relations, business analysis and staffing experience. She is proficient in supporting team members during planning, design, and implementation of client solutions. She has experience as an ACH Operations Manager performing client training and payment processing for an electronic banking firm. She was charged with identifying and testing use cases for future Information Technology platform development due to her ability to understand Information Technology processes and systems quickly.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
