Stephanie Sponsel

Chief Operations Officer 

Stephanie Sponsel serves as Chief Operating Officer of netlogx, where she leads the company’s operational strategy, financial management, and organizational performance. She oversees budgets, contracts, human resources, information technology, compliance, and executive reporting while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Stephanie is passionate about continuous improvement, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable processes that help organizations succeed. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and International Studies from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Indianapolis.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has helped strengthen netlogx’s operations while supporting complex initiatives for state and local government clients across the country. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset, she works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable results and sustainable growth. Her leadership has been recognized through honors including the TechPoint Tech 25 Award and selection as an Indy’s Best & Brightest finalist.

Beyond her professional role, Stephanie is committed to advancing leadership and serving her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Wellness for Urban Women, Inc., the Finance Commission and School Commission at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, and as Secretary of Women & Hi Tech. She previously served on the National Small Business Association Leadership Council and as Treasurer of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Indianapolis Chapter. Stephanie is passionate about fostering inclusive leadership, empowering women in technology and business, and creating meaningful impact through service.
