Sara is a Senior Consultant specializing in project management, PMO leadership, business process improvement, and technology modernization for government and healthcare organizations. With more than 15 years of consulting experience, she has led large-scale initiatives supporting Medicaid, child support, healthcare, and enterprise system modernization. Sara brings expertise in project governance, procurement support, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, business process mapping, executive communications, and organizational change.
A certified PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Sara combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to help organizations navigate complex initiatives and achieve measurable results. Sara was selected as a finalist for Indy’s Best and Brightest in both 2020 and 2021.
