I would say family time.

I would say people who learn to change their behaviors.

I would have to say probably receiving the netlogx Chabotwsie award last year, it came at a pivotal moment in my life!
If you could talk to your teenage self, what would you say?
I would say don’t change a thing because it all worked out!
What is your favorite book or movie, and why?
There are two movies that tie for favorite and that I will forever watch if I see them on: Shawshank Redemption and Erin Brockovich!

By being open-minded and making the change work for you.

Wellness at netlogx to me means accountability to become healthier with your lifestyle.

netlogx’ culture is like having a second family.
What is a fun fact about you? Or the most exciting thing you’ve ever done or place you’ve ever been?
I’d say that I like to do home renovations.

With a passion for people and streamlined process, over the past decade, Vicki’s strategic HR leadership has fostered an award-winning culture, including a ten-time designation as a Best Places to Work in Indiana company, as well as numerous awards for the netlogx’ Intern Development Program she created.
Having enjoyed a diverse career path, Vicki began her journey working at a Fortune 50 company as a technical helpdesk analyst, where she progressed to a number of team leader positions, including managing a multilingual, international helpdesk. Vicki went on to manage an international team working for a multinational gas and oil company, as well as teaching high school Spanish and French. Vicki graduated from the University of Liverpool with honors and obtained a postgraduate Certificate in Education from Edge Hill University.
