What brings you joy?
I would say my friends, family, and loved ones, I’ve been especially appreciative after lockdown being able to spend time with loved ones
What would you like to learn?
I would like to learn how to be a better teacher, which applies to several parts of my life – in work and personally helping people learn and explaining things well. If you can teach then it proves that you really know something.
Who or what inspires you?
I would say my mum because she just had the 25th anniversary of the company and I’m really proud of her. Throughout my life, she has always motivated people to keep trying and putting their best foot forward – fake it till you make it as she says!
What is your proudest work moment at netlogx?
How well the anniversary materials went! The 25th-anniversary report was the most opened report in netlogx’ history and I am proud I was a part of it.
If you could talk to your teenage self, what would you say?
I would say to be better at saying thank you! You can feel like you may have things figured out, but nobody gets by on their own – appreciate people who help you on the way, being gracious is important.
What is your favorite book or movie and why?
My favorite movie is Hotfuzz. I have watched it several times and with lots of friends over the years, and everyone always enjoys it. The more people you share it the better it seems to get.
What would you write on the netlogx Before I Die wall?
That I want to win a competition that I travel for, and be a successful competitor.
What does Process Management mean to you?
Process Management to me is the most important step in working out a plan, it helps you break things into more manageable chunks.
What does wellness at netlogx mean to you?
Wellness at netlogx to me means encouragement – 100 percent! Everyone cheers each other on to do better.
How would you describe netlogx’ culture?
netlogx’ culture is supportive and encouraging. I can honestly say we have the nicest, kindest people I’ve ever worked with, everyone takes an interest and checks in to make sure everyone’s okay.
What is a fun fact about you? Or the most exciting thing you’ve ever done or place you’ve ever been?
I can still remember the Poke-rap word for word!
