What brings you joy?
A completed task, whether it be work related or not, always brings me joy. Knowing that I’ve completed the task to the best of my abilities or with the help of others gives me a sense of accomplishment.
Also, being with my boys brings me joy when I get a chance to hang out and talk with them.
What are you most afraid of?
I am most afraid of freezing to death or drowning. I do not put myself in those positions, but absolutely avoid them at all costs. Also, I am afraid of a crisis that would lead to financial instability where my day to day life is drastically changed.

I would like to learn to knit, as well as computer programming. I love to learn, so anything I can learn from reading a book interests me.

People who are well-organized and efficient inspire me to be like them. Seeing someone who is action-oriented, ambitious and always has a plan for all aspects of their life is inspiring. Their ability to be structured enough to have solid direction to complete and reach their goals inspires me. Staying cool, calm and collected adds to the inspiration for me.

I would tell her two things. One, don’t take life too seriously. Two, do not have a bf all four years of high school – play the field more.
What is your favorite book or movie and why?
My favorite movies are Legends of the Fall and Good Will Hunting. Legends of the Fall is great because it displays every emotion, whether it be fear, loss, happiness, illness, or joy. Also, you can’t go wrong with Brad Pit. Good Will Hunting is my other favorite movie also because of the emotions the movie is able to bring out in me. The humor, purpose, resolution and happiness in the movie is amazing. Robin Williams is also just fantastic as the psychologist.

What does wellness at netlogx mean to you?
Wellness at netlogx means Fitbit competitions! It also means the side of things you don’t think about when you’re at work. While at work, you use the intellectual side of yourself, but the personal, internal and physical sides are what wellness are. You must have harmony in all of these to function in your life.
What does Organizational Change Management mean to you?
To me, OCM requires a plan and process. Included in these would be executive/management buy-in and internal/external communication plans for all levels at the appropriate time. It is important to obtain stakeholder engagement/input on a proposed change (internal and external) and document those impacts. Once feedback is gathered, management can make decisions on how to proceed in the best interest of all. Obviously, a business must create training and/or roll-out plans to be prepared for a change and design methods to gather even more feedback during and after the implementation of changes. Implemented changes may require additional tweaks and updates, so being open to the fact that change creates more change at times must be realized too! As the saying goes, “The only constant in life is change”- Heraclitus, so make a plan to deal with it, communicate it, gather feedback on it, implement it and follow-up. Then, CHANGE Again!!
