Women-led consulting services firm among top small companies to work for in the state
(INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 28, 2022) — netlogx, a women-led management consulting services firm that helps clients navigate and manage change, has been named as one of the 2022 “Best Places to Work in Indiana” for the eighth time. The annual program, which started in 2006, is presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. A total of 125 Hoosier businesses have been named to the Best Places to Work list, which includes nearly 40 newcomers from last year.
Truly a dynamic environment, netlogx encourages team members to develop innovative ideas that advance workplace culture. Employee feedback has helped establish professional development initiatives such as the Fast Track program, which gives workers the chance to gain exposure to a variety of the company’s key service offerings. netlogx has made a concerted effort to build an empowering, positive culture and a best-in-class benefits package. The organization fosters a team-oriented work environment that supports both organizational goals and culture where team members can thrive and grow while making an incredible impact on the clients and the communities in which the company serves.
“We are honored to be recognized for the eighth time as one of the best workplaces in Indiana,” said Audrey Taylor, CEO and founder of netlogx. “This award is a testament to the work of our leadership team, who are dedicated to maintaining a welcoming, positive environment where employees feel confident to share their perspectives and contribute to an open and innovative atmosphere.”
Specific company rankings will be unveiled May 12, 2022 at an awards event at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College.
Winning companies represent more than 35 cities and towns across the state, with multiple honorees coming from Carmel, Chesterton, Evansville, Fishers, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Kokomo, Plainfield, South Bend, Washington, and Zionsville. In addition, several companies have multiple locations across Indiana.
Top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process.
Winners were selected from four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees.
The 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana companies range in Hoosier employee count from 15 to nearly 1,300.
All companies that participated in the 2022 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
The 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana awards celebration will be open to the public. Individual tickets and tables of 10 are available at www.indianachamber.com/specialevents.
