Women-led management consulting firm among top small companies to work for in the state
(INDIANAPOLIS, March 12, 2024) — netlogx, a leading management consulting firm that helps public and private organizations navigate operational challenges and manage it effectively, has been named to the 2024 ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ for the 10th time. A multitude of industries from across the state are represented on the list with a record number 193 Hoosier businesses recognized, including more than 90 newcomers from last year. This marks the 19th edition for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce initiative.
“The Best Places to Work in Indiana program is such a great resource in today’s talent-driven economy. More and more organizations are valuing the feedback they receive through the anonymous employee survey component, which helps them better understand their own team members and, in turn, know if they are on the right track with policies or where they can improve their culture and productivity,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders.
“The honored companies offer a blueprint for employee attraction and retention, and we are excited to celebrate their success. We hope that the values and strategies on display in their workplaces can serve as models for other Indiana employers as we work together to address Indiana’s talent pipeline needs.”
Truly a team-oriented environment, netlogx encourages its team members to develop innovative ideas that advance workplace culture. Employee feedback has helped to enhance professional development initiatives such as the Fast Track program, which gives workers the chance to gain exposure to a variety of the company’s key service offerings. netlogx has made a concerted effort to build an empowering, positive culture and a best-in-class benefits package. The organization hires for attitude and work ethic, and continually trains and develops their team to master the business areas they serve, as well as the methods of implementation and management of those areas.
“We are honored for netlogx to be recognized for a decade as one of the best workplaces in Indiana,” said Vicki Chabot, chief human resources officer of netlogx. “Receiving the No. 1 ranking in the small companies category last year was extremely humbling and this recognition continues to be a testament to the very special culture we have worked to create at netlogx over the past 26 years.”
Winning organizations represent more than 40 cities and towns, with multiple honorees coming from Carmel, Evansville, Fishers, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Marion, Plainfield, Warsaw, and Washington. In addition, several businesses have multiple Indiana locations.
Specific company rankings will be unveiled May 8, 2024 at an awards event presented by trueU at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana awards celebration will be open to the public. Individual tickets and tables of 10 are available at www.indianachamber.com/conferences.
