February 20, 2014 – netlogx has been named as one of 2014’s Best Places to Work in Indiana, as announced by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on February 19, 2014. For the past nine years, the Best Places to Work in Indiana program has sought to identify the best work-places in the Hoosier State, as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
In partnership with the Best Companies Group, the Indiana Chamber selected winners from four categories: small companies with 15 to 74 employees; medium companies with 75 to 249 employees; large companies with 250 to 999 employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more employees. netlogx competed in the small-company category and was one of 40 such small companies to make the list for 2014. netlogx is a woman-owned business enterprise and was founded in 1998 by Audrey Taylor. Her goal was to create a consulting services company that continuously strives for excellence, upholds the very best of business ethics, and treats customers, employees, and partners with the utmost respect and honesty. “An empowering workplace culture is essential to our success at netlogx. From the very beginning, we wanted to build a company where our employees would feel valued and appreciated and would make their co-workers feel the same,” says Audrey. “Every day, we strive to live and work by our operating principles of integrity, respect, communication, initiative, empowerment, recognition, accountability, and humor. To see these principles affirmed with this award is immensely gratifying and provides a baseline to ensure we continue to maintain our culture as the organization grows.”
