Spending time with my family and friends and the beach, possibly altogether.

Failing health as I age is my biggest fear.
What would you like to learn?

Who or what inspires you?
Jay Shetty inspires me. He is a former monk who is now focusing on self-awareness and centralizing practices. His words are inspiring; they are about seeking purpose in your life is what will bring you joy.
Nature is also inspiring because it can take a really serious event, like a forest fire or hurricane, but can rejuvenate.
If you could talk to your teenage self, what would you say?
Trust your instinct. I tell this to my daughter, too. If something feels off, it could be.
I would also tell my teenage self to stay in the moment as well. Don’t worry about the “if’s; if this, if that. Simply be and enjoy the moment. Just watch the sunset, you don’t have to take photos. You will remember it so much better if you just participate it in.
What is your favorite book or movie and why?
Jane Austin is my favorite author; I reread her books every year. I also like The Last Lecture by Jeffrey Zaslow and Randy Pausch, which is about Pausch’s last lecture at Carnegie Mellon University.

Originally, when the wall was first put up, I wrote: “live at the beach”. That’s still my goal. There’s been a few others about traveling, relaxing, and tropical fruits.
What does Information Management mean to you?
To me, Information Management means organizing business steps and simplifying flow.
What does wellness at netlogx mean to you?
To me, wellness at netlogx is a collaborative effort of caring more for your whole self versus just the business relationship. It means making sure you’re well in yourself and well in relationships. netlogx has also previously done monthly Friday walks, which were great. The walks were a team effort and a great chance to chat with people outside the work environment.
