Indianapolis, IN – February 8, 2022 – Shift Up Now is proud to announce that Indianapolis-based netlogx has pledged its support by joining as a Corporate Member.
netlogx, a women-led management consulting services firm that helps clients navigate and manage large-scale change, was founded in 1998 by CEO Audrey Taylor. The company has been repeatedly ranked among the 25 largest women-owned businesses in Indiana by the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) and Taylor was honored with the Torchbearer Award by the Indiana Commission of Women in 2019.
Since its inception, one of Taylor’s goals is to support women in areas where they are underrepresented, including motorsport. In 2019, netlogx sponsored seven-time Indianapolis 500 competitor Pippa Mann for that season’s campaign in the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.
Joining Shift Up Now as a Corporate Member means that netlogx is working to support the next generation of female racers as they rise through the ranks. The Corporate Membership includes three travel grants for Shift Up Now Athletes to cover competition travel costs during the 2022 season. Recipients have already raised the necessary funds to compete and travel grants allow sponsorship funds to be spent on tools for on-track success, as opposed to travel expenses.
“As a woman-founded business committed to supporting women entrepreneurs in arenas where they are under-represented, we are proud to join Shift Up Now as a corporate member,” said Taylor. “As an adopted Hoosier, supporting a pipeline of talented women drivers helps ensure the next generation of female racers have the opportunity to blaze their own trail forward and ultimately advances diversity at the Indy 500.”
Mann added, “I’m very proud to bring netlogx to Shift Up Now as one of our first Corporate Members, to help us drive diversity and equality for women in motorsports. Establishing a fund to help support our Athlete’s fundamental expenses, that sponsorship often doesn’t cover, is one of the primary goals of Corporate Membership. By providing this supplemental support for our racers, we hope to help give them the freedom to compete with one less financial worry on race weekends.”
The 2022 racing season is already underway for Shift Up Now Athletes. Fans and supporters can follow along with exclusive updates and access by becoming an official member. More information is available at www.ShiftUpNow.com.
