11 Years Strong – Women-led firm among top small-medium companies to work for in the state
(INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 24, 2025) — netlogx, a company that aids governments and businesses in solving operational challenges and operating more effectively with project management, has been named to the 2025 ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ list for the 11th time. In this 20th edition of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce initiative, a total of 150 companies made the cut, with recipients from all corners of the state representing more than 20 industries.
“We all recognize that currently there is intense competition for talent. This program is a great way for organizations to take the temperature of their culture and how it’s resonating with today’s workers,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “Companies on the right cultural track also are much more likely to be effective across the board and have increased productivity and overall success. We salute each of this year’s winners for their commitment to displaying best practices in their workplaces, which are enabling them to attract and retain employees.”
Truly a team-oriented environment, netlogx encourages its team members to develop innovative ideas that advance workplace culture and overall well-being. Employee feedback has helped to enhance professional development initiatives such as the Fast Track program, which gives recent graduates the chance to gain exposure to a variety of the company’s key service offerings. netlogx has made a concerted effort to build an empowering, positive culture and a best-in-class benefits package. The organization hires for attitude and work ethic, and continually trains and develops their team to master the business areas they serve, as well as the methods of implementation and management of those areas.
“We’re honored for netlogx to have been recognized on the ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ list again,” said Vicki Chabot, chief human resources officer of netlogx. “It is a testament to the power of a small-medium sized, women-led business that values its people, fosters growth, and builds a culture of excellence year after year,” Chabot added.
The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process.
Winning organizations represent more than 30 cities and towns, with multiple honorees coming from Bloomington, Carmel, Evansville, Fishers, Granger, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Jeffersonville, Kokomo, Marion, Noblesville, South Bend, and Washington. In addition, several businesses have multiple Indiana locations.
In recent years, the number of smaller organizations applying and making the list has continued to grow. That led to splitting the small category into two groups and adding the new small-medium employee size category in 2025. Sinders says that “better reflects the interest in the program, the prevalence of small businesses across the state, and how the Indiana Chamber wants to champion the sector.”
Best Places to Work winners were selected from these five categories: small companies of between 15 and 34 U.S. employees; small-medium companies of between 35 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.
Specific company rankings will be unveiled across five size categories on April 30, 2025 during the 20th Annual Best Places to Work in Indiana Awards Dinner at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Individual tickets and tables of 10 are available at www.indianachamber.com/conferences.
