Female-led tech pioneer among top small companies to work for in the state.

netlogx BPTW 2019

(INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 19, 2019) netlogx, a 20-year old consulting services firm, is proud to announce they have been named to the 2019 Best Places to Work in Indiana list. This is the fifth inclusion — fourth year consecutively — for netlogx on the prestigious list compiled by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.

The 14th annual program identifies, recognizes and honors participating employers in Indiana with leading workplace cultures. The list is made up of 125 companies each year in a variety of categories; netlogx is listed among honorees in the small employer category.

“We have many tremendous employers in the state, so it’s great to see more and more companies take part in this effort to evaluate workplace cultures and gain the recognition they deserve,” said Kevin Brinegar, president of the Indiana Chamber. “These companies consistently demonstrate to their employees how much they value their contributions.”

Solving complex information technology problems and challenges for enterprise-level businesses and organizations requires a team-oriented work environment that supports both organizational goals and culture as priorities.

netlogx encourages its team to develop innovative ideas that continually improve its culture and the company provides a wealth of professional development opportunities such as its Fast Track program. Additionally, netlogx invests in specific tools employees need to foster growth for themselves and the organization. One example is the Core Values IndexTM, which helps netlogx better understand how team members think, learn and work.

“It is an honor to be chosen as a Best Place to Work in Indiana for the fifth time,” said Audrey Taylor, CEO and partner of netlogx. “We have made a concerted effort to build an empowering, positive environment and a best-in-class benefits package. Each team member is encouraged to take part in exemplary coaching and development opportunities to reach their fullest potential and it’s those team members that have made netlogx a success over the past 20 years.”

Companies across the state took part in a two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part included an evaluation of nominated companies’ workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics while the second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The final rankings will be announced at an awards dinner on April 30, 2019, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, then published in the May-June issue of the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine.
