What brings you joy?

I would say that spending time with my kids brings me joy, good music, and seeing people get an “ah ha” moment when something clicks into place for them.

What would you like to learn?

I would like to learn ballroom dancing.

Who or what inspires you?

I would say my children inspire me, seeing them being individuals. The better I become physically and mentally, they get to grow with me – they are the force behind my fire!

What is your proudest moment at netlogx?

I think I would have to say being there for a peer when they were having a very stressful life situation. What was a routine call became more of a crisis call, and although it was scary at the time, I am thankful that I was able to help and that the individual was comfortable enough in our working relationship to confide in me.

If you could talk to your teenage self, what would you say?

I would say take more risks! I did a lot when I was younger but was often scared of taking risks, I wish I had done more.

What is your favorite book or movie, and why?

The Promise by Danielle Steel is a beautiful, romantic book. It’s easy to read and laced with history. I love Rom-com movies like When Harry Met Sally and Notting Hill.

How do you help clarify issues for clients?

I actively listen to gauge how they are interpreting situations. It is important to establish if the message is clear and what the perceptions are. I ensure I am fully prepared to be able to address any concerns, being sure to establish the ‘why’ to get buy-in. It is important to remember changes are never set in stone, I always re-review after changes are implemented to ensure that they are effective and will make tweaks as needed.

What does wellness at netlogx mean to you?

Wellness at netlogx, to me, means having an overall balance with your physical and mental health on a daily basis.

How would you describe netlogx’ culture?

netlogx’ culture is very inclusive, with a genuine interest in both clients we work with and our team members.

What is a fun fact about you? Or the most exciting thing you’ve ever done or place you’ve ever been?

I’d say the most exciting place I’ve ever visited was Maui, I won a trip there with a previous company I worked at. During the trip, I went zip-lining and freewheeling on a dirt bike!
