Work burnout has been a topic of conversation for quite some time and as an organization, we are committed to providing wellness initiatives that help combat burnout.
The fatigue of having a new child can certainly contribute to burnout, which is why we implemented parental leave five years ago. netlogx Operations Director Stephanie Sponsel had the chance to sit down with RTV6 “Hiring Hoosiers” to discuss how Central Indiana companies can make employees feel better about growing a family and a career.
