Junior Achievement of Central Indiana honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 16, 2021) netlogx, a two-decade-old woman-founded consulting services firm, is proud to announce Sara Jones, senior consultant, has been named a finalist in the technology category for the 2021 Indy’s Best and Brightest awards program taking place virtually on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana (JA) to recognize up and coming talent and the next generation of leaders, the event will honor 100 finalists, age 40 and under, who serve as excellent role models to JA students and youth in our community.

Jones began her time at netlogx as an intern in 2010 and was the first graduate of their Fast Track program, an initiative she helped develop and implement for new hires. Since then, she has documented hundreds of business process requirements, coordinated multiple highly-complex procurements, and managed user acceptance testing in hundreds of trial scenarios, all while coordinating with clients in the private and public sectors. Routinely, the young professional exemplifies netlogx operating principles of communication, respect, initiative, teamwork, humor, and accountability. Her attention to detail, organizational prowess, presentation, and technical skill impresses clients and colleagues alike. She expertly manages expectations and puts into place a streamlined, efficient and effective process for her projects on behalf of public sector clients.

“Sara serves as an outstanding role model and mentor — not only for those within the netlogx family — but for the youth of our community as well,” said Vicki Chabot, chief human resources officer for netlogx. “We are incredibly proud of her achievements and honored to recognize her success along with so many other rising leaders.”
