What brings you joy?

Being able to spend time with family, my two dogs, and being active in my community.

What would you like to learn?

About project management as a whole. Internally, I would like to learn more about nutrition and health.

Who or what inspires you?

My friends inspire me the most because I have seen them overcome a lot in their lives. They always are the most helpful people and are always there for me. Seeing them achieve what they want to achieve with all of the struggles they have been through is really inspiring.

What is your proudest work moment at netlogx?

Being able to work so closely with the clients and hearing them give the kudos or just saying to me “thank you so much, that was helpful.”  Just being able to accommodate them and work well with them.

If you could talk to your teenage self, what would you say?

I know you do not know what you want to do with your life, and you probably won’t know all throughout college either, but it all works out in the end. You will end up where you are meant to be.

What is your favorite book or movie and why?

Normal People by Sally Rooney.  It is one of my favorites I have read so far.

What would you write on the netlogx Before I Die wall?

I would like to travel to more places in the world.  It is one of my main goals. I really want to travel and see a lot of things before it is too late.

What does project and program management mean to you?

Being able to provide the best service for the client. Making sure things are met on a timely basis and providing that expertise to the client the best you can.

What does wellness at netlogx mean to you?

I really appreciate all of the wellness initiatives netlogx does, especially the team step challenges.  The wellness dollars are great too. Just being able to encourage their team members to be healthy is really great.

How would you describe netlogx’ culture?

They respect their employees, and the culture overall is so different from anywhere I have ever experienced.  They are very there for their employees.  After my first week on a project Abbey reached out to me to ask how it was going and how my work-life balance was, and I had never experienced that anywhere else before. Just having someone from HR reach out and follow up with me was so great. They really take care and make sure everyone is doing great with their work-life balance.

What is a fun fact about you? Or the most exciting thing you’ve ever done or place you’ve ever been?

I really enjoy skateboarding.
