Junior Achievement of Central Indiana honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 16, 2023) netlogx, a leading management consulting firm that helps public and private organizations navigate change and manage it effectively, is proud to announce Madelyn Harris, consultant, has been selected as a finalist in the category of Government, Tourism & Arts for the 2023 Indy’s Best and Brightest Awards. Indy’s Best and Brightest Awards were created by Junior Achievement to recognize the next generation of leaders in our community. The event honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries.

An awards program and reception to recognize these outstanding young professionals will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at the Hilbert Circle Theatre, located at 45 Monument Circle in Indianapolis. All 100 finalists will be recognized during the event and one winner from each industry will be announced.

Harris joined netlogx soon after graduating from Purdue University in 2019. She is nimble, learns quickly, works well in a fast-paced environment and on a few occasions has ramped up with just a few days’ notice in order to connect all the moving parts of a project quickly to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Her strong understanding of the client’s perspective and the challenges they may face in implementing a new initiative enables state agencies to better serve their citizens and ensure they have access to the government services they need. Change is the result of trust, collaboration, hard work, and a will to improve and Harris works everyday to ensure all of those elements are in motion, creating seamless transitions and helping netlogx drive change that matters throughout the community and the state.

“Over the past three years, Madelyn has played a vital role in the work netlogx has done as part of the State of Indiana’s COVID-19 response,” said Vicki Chabot, chief human resources officer of netlogx. “We are incredibly proud of her achievements, dedication to the work she is doing on behalf of the State of Indiana and honored to recognize her success along with so many other rising leaders.”
