This year, I am thankful for the health of my family and friends. Our health is one of the most precious things we have, yet something we so often take for granted. – Erin Moher

Today I am thankful for heat. It is 19 degrees out with inches of snow on the ground and we’re not even halfway through November. Michigan tundra came early. And because of said tundra, I’m also thankful for winter wardrobes. There are few things better than a good hoodie and your favorite pair of comfy sweatpants. – Alec Mitchell

I’m thankful for the opportunity to be involved in key state initiatives over the last couple of years that have a direct and positive impact on Hoosiers.  Specifically, I’ve helped with the planning and operationalizing of a psychiatric hospital in Indianapolis and am now helping create, build, and execute a program aimed at reducing the infant mortality rate in Indiana.   It really is inspiring to see the day to day efforts that culminate into successful, necessary, and impactful programs for our fellow Hoosiers. – Andrew Powers
